I offer a free consultation by phone to discuss your needs and answer any questions that you may have. Together, we will determine if I am the very best person to meet your needs based on how comfortable you feel with me and on my areas of  expertise.

Once we begin working together, we will typically meet each week for 50 minutes in person or via secure video call. We will collaborate to identify your goals and a plan for how to achieve them.

My hourly fee is $180 - $225. I am out of network but can supply a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance provider. Payment is due at the time of service and you are responsible for payment regardless of your insurance provider’s coverage. Please note that insurance companies require a diagnosis which will be noted on your medical record.
