Each one of us has the capacity for positive change, healing and growth no matter what we have experienced or endured. With care, attention and a little practice, it is entirely possible to change things that aren’t working for us, soothe distressing feelings and find more satisfaction and meaning. 


Together, we will make sense of what you are experiencing and develop healthy ways of coping and being.
